I made some beats! How can I post them online so that I can most easily share them with friends?

Asked by swingliner (245points) March 12th, 2009

Thanks to a fluther member who recommended LMMS, I’ve been making [an excuse] for music that I’d love to share with my friends. Any way I can upload them for free to a website where they can stream them?

You can make a music page and upload them to Last.fm. You can also make money every time your music is streamed.

Yeah you can make a Windows Live account and put your songs there. Your friends can then access them.

Or you can make a free web site with Microsoft Office Live and put your music there.

For really quick and cheap, make yourself a myspace music account.

Alternatively, you could make them into a video, with just an image as the visual in iMovie or windows movie maker and upload them to youtube.
