How do I save a pic using Aperture?

I just got Aperture and am trying to figure out how to save changes that I’ve made to photos. Any suggestions? Thanks.

I haven’t use Aperture in so long but I think that if you want to save your changes you made, you can click “Export” and it will ask you where you and it to be saved.
