Do you know what the RECORDING times are for: iPod, iTouch, iPhone?

Asked by nmac (213points) October 15th, 2009

This is for a research project. REALLY appreciate help – and/or creative input (because I’m under the impression that it’s only 90mins if RECORDING) ...

Ok, so one idea would be to turn the power down to bare minimum (don’t know what that is exactly, but it sounds reasonable?
-Thanks

Are you concerned with recording length, or recording time, as in battery life?

nmac's avatar

Battery life – if it’s a metric of time.

My iPod can record for about five hours – it plays music for twelve – fourteen. It is an older “Classic” iPod, not a new one. I have a Touch but have never used it for note taking.

Really? Is the technology now worse? I was told 90 minutes, ten 3 hours originally. thank you!
