What is the best camcorder to record a golf swing?

Slow motion capability will help. Best resolution. Less than $5000

Most camcorders you’re going to find won’t shoot more than 30 frames per second, which looks OK in slow motion but not great. You may be able to find a camera that can shoot more… but chances are anything like that will be upwards of $2000.

If you want something cheap and small that looks “professional” enough, go for a flip. I have a Canon Vixia (about $1000) that works GREAT if you want a real camcorder.

Transferring to DVD is pretty easy no matter what computer/program you use. Feel free to ask me directly if you have trouble with that.

There’s a few others that do between 60–120fps. Easily under $5k.
