Stop downloading “stuff” especially if you admit that you’re technology illiterate. It’s most likely slow cause of all the junk you have.

noodle_poodle's avatar

but but…..its so much cheaper than the cinema

MrGV's avatar

Format it and don’t download anything that is unnecessary is probably your safest bet.

i have no money and any use of my bank details are logged ya know…i guess my beef is why do hackers hack?

That or they can use your computer to send spam, trojans, worms, etc. to other people.

If you don’t know what you’re doing, seriously, you’re much better off not downloading anything.

…you said that you buy CD’s and grocery online…..why do I have a feeling you’re trolling?

You’re wondering what people would want with your credit card number and personal information, and then you say that torrenting is much cheaper than the cinema.

I think you know the answer. ;)

maybe from everything thats running on your computer that could make your internet slow

try and erase some stuff,

download

CCleaner

When you do, and run the program, you’ll see 2 sides, 1 side has check boxes, don’t touch that. then on the other side you see a big box & under that you see 2 buttons, analyze and Run cleaner, click analyze, wait maybe 2–3-5 mins, a LOT of files might appear, don’t worry none of them will mess up your computer. click run cleaner once the analyzer is complete. You’ll have alot of space left

Another program, which is a trial. but it optimize your computer, and fixes your computer like if it was brand new. seriously.

called

TuneUp Utilities

if you install it
& need help just comment me..

but ccleaner & TuneUp are very Good Computers. and could really fix your computer like if it was brand new

Are you going off an unsecured wireless connection? Meaning that anyone can get on it without a password.
