Movies stars make themselves known by the movies they act in, but there are other celebrities that people see a lot of and do not know who they are or why there see a lot of them.

Kate Gosselin. She might be a good Mom, but I just don’t get how she stays in the news and is going to have her own show.
Most of them. Just this morning I saw someone selling yet another stupid workout device and claiming to be “so and so: fitness celebrity” .. and I’m like… huh? Who says you’re a celebrity? You don’t get to just say you’re a celebrity and be one… XD do you? LOL
Most of those goofballs on the “be all the sleaze you can be” shows. It turns out that if someone gets drunk and/or nasty enough on TV, they get paid to show up at parties for a year or so after their appearance. I’ve heard they get $thousands for showing up and getting their pix taken with people who want an “as seen on TV” photo. Better to get a pkg of ShamWow and more useful.
Then there are those interchangeble busty blondes who become “celebrities” for being Hugh Hefner’s hot water bottles.
Hulk Hogan’s entire family.
Anybody who does rap(so called music).
Paris Hilton, all the Kardashians, Nicky Hilton, the Gosselins, Speidi, that woman with the now 19 kids, and all those others that do nothing but appear on TV and in the gossip magazines.

Well, in all fairness, she most likely did put herself through surgery to look more like Angelina Jolie; at least it shows some effort~~~
Yes, actually most of the so-called “celebrities” out there——are not deserving to be called “celebrities” or “stars” in the first place. Most lack any real talent, are unattractive compared to the real stars of Hollywood long ago, and are asocial who don’t really give a damn about the fans that foolishly worship them.
My list would be too long. But one in particular would be Brittany Spears..mShe has no talent other than T & A
Pretty much all the celebrity kids…I am trying to think of at least one who has talent…?? Nicole Richie…nooo…Oh those freakin people with all those kids…all of Tiger Woods girlfriends(just wait and see all of them who come out of the woodwork), and lets not forget all the parents who try to gain from their celebrity children…like Octomoron mom”)

Anyone who has ever emerged from the big brother house, or appeared on trashy “reality” shows. Being entirely without shame is not in itself a talent.
