if your firmware is 1.1.3, ziphone like zach said.

If it is 1.1.4 and you have a mac, use iNdependence.

I recommend you wait just one more week or so for the really easy to install apps… Straight through iTunes :)

It means that Apple will be releasing an update to the iPhone that will enable you to install apps – making the process of jailbreaking obsolete. They are opening the iPhone up!
