Would this be possible to combine these?

Asked by XOIIO (18328points) January 1st, 2010

When I was a kid yes, I can remember that far back:) and I played with lego, I made up a substance called Plutainium, which I guess is a mix of plutonium and uranium.I don’t know how the hell a 6 year old knew about those, but I did So, would it be remotly possible to combine these two things?

Since they’re both metals, I’d assume you can make an alloy.

US Patent 2,902,362
Plutonium-Uranium Alloy (1959)
The two together have “very bad characteristics for fabrication, machining, casting and corrosion resistance”. Adding iron or cobalt fixed that, allowing them to shape reactor fuel elements. pdf file

Were you hoping to patent that yourself?
