Error when play vid in Adobe media player?

any vids in adobe media player i tried to play,it shows:“Playbac failed,this media file format is invalid or not supported by adobe media player”.I run this in win 7,I d installed Adobe AIR,Flash player n all re the latest versions,my other media players work well,anyone gets idea about that? danke!

@njnyjobs thanx for response,i d tried to find the answer on the official form of adobe n so many ppl get the same problem,hope the adobe programmers will figure it out!
