DVD case templates for Adobe Illustrator CS3 and Photoshop CS3

I have been searching the internet for easy adaptable DVD box templates for slim-line plastic DVD boxes, in Illustrator and Photoshop CS3 file formats. I need them to be able to create a printable DVD cover for a client. Anyone any findings?
