slice some sara lee pound cake into thin layers and put it in a baking pan. Then layer it like lasagna. Put pound cake, favorite icecream, then pound cake, and cool whip and finally last layer of pound cake. Put in back in freezer for about ½ and hour. Cut and serve on a plate and add chocolate syrup on top an prop a mint leaf on it for looks.
(Make your own chocolate syrup with nestle quick chocolate and warm water. The taste is sweet without it being as heavy as regular chocolate syrup)
I’ve gotten many people addicted to this dessert.

Pour a measure (or two) of Baileys into cocktail glass, crumble in meringues , pour over chocolate sauce… done in two minutes. Enjoy

Creamy watermelon pie. It’s something different, and very easy to make.

Pund cake, amaretto and fresh or canned peaches with whipped cream. Yummy!

Buy a container of really good vanilla ice cream. Serve it topped with Strawberries with Balsamic Vinegar.

It seems a bit strange, but the strawberries are fantastic this way and they make an incredible ice cream topping. It’s quick and easy to make, you just have to put it together early because it needs to sit for an hour before serving. When you’re ready, just scoop the ice cream into nice serving bowls and top with the strawberries. The berries take on this unbelievable color, so they look pretty and no one will be able to guess what you put on them to make them so delicious.

Make an angel food sheet cake. Serve a portion covered with whipped cream (the real stuff) and colorful berries on top. It’s easy, light, pretty, and delicious.
