How many chickens does China consume as a nation, per day/month/year?

All the chickens in the grocery stores have their heads and feet attached still. haha
The Taiwanese especially favor chicken feet. Took some getting used to.

Not as bad as the pan of fried duck heads at the night market. Gag!

First count all the Chinese; then remember the axiom, “a chicken in every pot.” Then multipy by 182.5, since most people eat only ½ chicken per day.
