how can I get money to start a business in Seattle?

I’m a black man with poor credit, and I want to start. Restaurant in Seattle, looking for a 200,000 loan

You could try contacting the SBA in Washington.

But a loan for a restaurant might be a tough nut to crack. A good percentage of them fail within the first few years.
