How much do advertisers pay for demographic data?

How much do advertisers pay places like Nielsen for the demographic data they get from TV watching?

It depends on the nature of the data they get. For information on who is buying their product they would pay more than for the age and income level of people watching their commercials.

Unfortunately, that information is considered proprietary, and is not shared with the general public. You might find out by going directly to a source, such as the marketing department of Nielsen, Google or Yahoo and ask them.
