So I managed to delete my account and it was turned back on with my new one. For some reason the two merged.

It looks like you were logged in on the blah account, but checking your JP profile… is it possible that’s the case? I ask because if you were on your own profile page (blah’s, I mean), shouldn’t you have the “edit” links on the profile page?

I does look like you were just viewing JP’s profile as @augustlan says. If you were looking at your own profile, it would have also said “add yourself to your fluther” instead of “add johnpowell to your fluther”. Is that what came up when you clicked to go to your profile?
