Have you ever taped (recorded) yourself while you were sleeping?

I recorded my husband once. Didn’t change anything. Now I use Tylenol PM to help me sleep through it. ;)

Lol no. But I rarely sleep more than an hour and half without waking.

A teeny part of me is irrationally afraid that I’ll do something terrifying in my sleep, like when the girl stood over the bed for hours and hours in Paranormal. So no.

The wife tells me I grind my teeth & talk in my sleep. Maybe I should record myself, if only to check out what the hell i’m saying isn’t going to incriminate me in any way. I’d hate to be woken with her fists pounding on my face :¬(

Haven’t done any taping or videotaping. I believe what I don’t know won’t hurt me. lol.
Just curious though, did you really snore “a bit”?

I know I snore, sometimes with gusto, but my wife doesn’t believe she does. I have awakened several times thinking It was me making all that racket only to find it was her. I will not record her because I value my life.

@Beulah um, yeah, she was right, i did snore a bit, but only a little. But i bet she does too. lol.
