@EnchantingEla On a forum I went to a while back, there was a bot, or something, trying to sell the members ’‘bowls of frozen soup’’. One guy knew it was spam, but he replied to see what would happen. Nothing did. Guess they just want you to click on the links or e-mail them lol.

Often it’s just plain ol’ spam @EnchantingEla. It gets through spam filters.
Otherwise it tends to be trollish behavior if it’s from a member and it wasn’t sent as a joke.

I suspect it’s just spam and not an earnest request. You can usually tell if something is spam by the formal language or poor English skills.
