Yes, mainly a couple of guys I was infatuated with in recent years. I was happy to be with them.

Yes on the surface. Charming and made me feel cared for and about. Humor as well.

Not always. I feel a whole range of emotions , especially with people that I know well.

Yes. I feel apathy, annoyance and pity every time my ex is around.

There are a couple of people that elicit the same response in me as when I first met them. One I have know over more than thirty years, the other I met in 2006.
