It is a pleasure. Johnsblond you are such a valuable asset to this sight I am at a loss as to what to say. You represent the way it should work. A fair open expression of opinions from someone with a nutjob of a husband.

@jonsblond has been one of the most consistent and thoughtful jellies since her arrival on the scene (in the lagoon?).

Sure, together with @blondesjon they’re a rocking good time – but by herself, it’s clear this is a woman of quiet confidence who knows what she wants, how to articulate it and is more than capable of keeping her other-half in line (much for his own benefit).

Running 10k is good. Ever since I hurt my foot, I can’t run any more. Congrats!

Congratulations!! When I first showed up on the scene here at Fluther, I was going through a pretty crappy break-up, and let’s just say, I had just about lost my head. Jonsblond was so helpful and kind in responses (even though what I was saying at the time may have sounded ridiculous) and she even took the time to send me a pm or two with some good advice and support. She gave out such a warm welcome and, I find that she is like that with everyone….She’s a jewel of a jelly!

@jonsblond, not only can i always expect great answers from you, but also great avatars. cheers!

When I first encountered @Blondesjon he was sporting a Clyde or Beatty as Clyde avatar. Now Beatty is a handsome man, but Faye Dunaway as Bonnie is gorgeous and when that movie came out, I was a teenager and fell in love with her. And I loved seeing Faye all over fluther with posts that were freindly and fun, caring and considerate. I picked up pretty quickly that, first and foremost, this was a wonderful and proud mother who loves her kids and I imagine her kids rightly believe she is the best mom in all the world. And, she is obviously madly in love with her husband and he likewise with her and with all that love, I doubt I’m alone in feeling that this has got to be the family you would want to be close to, from sharing vacations, to Super Bowl parties, to PTA meetings and community events.

Not that @jonsblond doesn’t have a wild side…I picture her with a mischievous sparkle in her eyes. She’ll play tag post with BJ on occasion, but she is independent and sharp as a whip. She is in tune with the times and timely with the tunes with a wonderful eclectic taste of music. She knows food and she knows beaches. And I’ve also noticed that she is frequently the first jelly to throw in some needed light humor when a thread gets a bit tense or out of whack or comfort a jelly that may be feeling down or picked on. And because of all that and more, everybody lurves her.

To the, by far, better half of the fine fluther couple, the half that I first befriended and love to trade jabs with, and the only other person on fluther, besides me, that can say they have had BJs genitalia spill from their lips (& what a mark of distinction, that is), CONGRATULATIONS @jonsblond on your well deserved 10K lurve milestone. Now I’m not going to tell the others up there in the 10K Lurve Lounge to move up and make room for you because I know BJ has undoubtedly already saved you a chair and will be proudly escorting you on up there, but you might mention to the others to prepare for tea time….everyone’s favorite Brit, @richardhenry, should be along shortly! I never thought that I would make so many friends here at Fluther. When I first joined I didn’t know what to expect. Every single one of you grew on me and I lurve you all for being the wonderful people that you are.

You helped me. Inspired me. Made me laugh. Made me think. You brightened my day. Every one of you make Fluther my home away from home. I think Led Zeppelin said it best:
