For what length of time is your license suspended?

If it’s not a permanent suspension, then you might not qualify for the ID until your suspension is over.

What reason(s) has the state given you for not giving you an ID?

You will have to wait until the legislature and governor agree on a budget. That is one of the departments that is shut down.

A DL under suspension will not allow you to have this. Thanks to the computer, all the states now have your information and the suspension. Best to wait it out and pay the fines, then go for it.
