Are these Globe Castro loafers unisex and can they stand winter weather?

I don’t think these would fare very well in winter weather, you might want to look into investing in a pair of nice boots.
As for whether or not they are unisex, I say wear what you like. Half of the shoes in my closet were purchased in the little boys’ shoe aisle. The shoe you have in the picture is very neutral, you could certainly wear it if you like it.

I bet you could find a better option for winter although I do like them. I just don’t know how well they would keep your feet warm. I’d say nice boots as well.

I think it’s unisex enough but I agree with the other posters; shoes like this are more summer shoes than winter ones. They would certainly not be rain-proof.
