Yes.

Yeah, there was (is) this couple @richardhenry and @chels. haven’t seen them around lately.
And then there is of course the blooming romance of @r… [redacted]

Some have been kindled and some have died aborning but the Henrys met and married here as @rebbel mentioned. Also a few live-in relationships that are still going on..

My fella and I met on another QnA site but we both used Fluther for a long time. He no longer comes here.

There have been a few. One (mentioned above) ended in marriage. Others have not been so lucky.

Actually, I know someone who joined Fluther just to start a fling. So I guess the answer is “yes”.

I’ve heard of a few but not the outcomes. It would be nice, though, to make a list of the fluther-predators… the ones who hit up jellies just to mess with their heads. Unfortunately, those can’t be tagged!

@linguaphile Are there really members that are known for preying on other jellies?
