Compare and contrast Puritans and Protestants or Puritans and Pilgrims?

I have a big paper I have to do in class tomorrow for a major grade and I need some help with thinking of ideas to go with. Unfortunately it has to do with either the Protestants or Pilgrims – _ – Help please!

@Aethelflaed My teacher is a little crazy and is quite difficult to follow and this is for English, as for the prompt we don’t get to see it till tomorrow.
