Where is the refresh icon, the menu bar in IE9?

I read somehwere that clicking on Alt will bring the menu bar on but it doesn’t work.

F5 is typically the refresh key for IE.
F11 toggles between Full Screen and the regular screen – I’ve hit that accidentally and wondered where the menu bars went.

Try Alt+F which brings up the File Menu; I guess Alt+V would bring up the View Menu – which I think is where you’ll find the option to view your address and menu bars.

I don’t browse the web on Windows very often, so I’m just listing the things I’d try. Hopefully, someone with better knowledge will verify this, or will tell you a better way.

I did try F11, but not doing it in IE9, it did in IE7 and 8.
Alt +F and alt +V nothing happening.
Thanks
I will report about F5.
Thanks @hearkat

Why use IE? Why not a real browser like Chrome or Firefox?

@ETpro Some people have to use IE9. Do you have the answer?

@flo No, I don’t use it often enough to get into the inner controls.
