Do you ever think about the tactical difficulties confronting those smart, talented supporters of Trump when it comes to maintaining the viability of their boss?

If saddled with the task, how would YOU go about it? Is there a chance in hell of ANY group pulling it off?

These “smart“people had to know they were signing-on with a dumpster fire from Day One, but their chance at “glory” (such as it is) made them jump on board anyway.

I always thought that the Nixon people and the G.W. Bush people had no shame, but Trump and his merry band of pathetic lackeys make me long for an earlier time….

But let’s drop the right or wrong of Trumpism (whatever the fk that is) and concentrate on how you would go about bestowing the illusion of rational competence on the loose cannon.

Well…....it certainly would be a long, gradual process dictated by lots and lots (and lots) of patience, determination, and trial-and-error effort.

I’d say a good start would be to send someone out for, let’s say…....5,000 rolls of good, strong duct tape, and just see where that might lead….

I don’t think there’s any way humanly possible to bestow the illusion of rational competence on Trump.
