I’m not sure I’ve ever seen it before. I have customized salmon patties.

You need eggs, flour, green peppers, onions (in this case, I prefer white, Vidalias add a nice sweet crunch too, ) canned salmon, maybe a bit of scallions (green onions,) and the biggest addition salad shrimp (the real small ones you normally get in a cold salad.) Season with salt, pepper, and paprika to personal taste.

Combine. You may have to play with the amount of flour/egg, to get them into patties that hold together. Then place them in the frying pan until golden brown, flipping approximately once. Sit them on some paper towels to soak up some grease, when they’re done.

I usually eat hand cut potatoes with peppers and onions, and baked beans with them.

The tiny shrimp really make it a different dish.

You can hold back some shrimp, to mix with a cream based sauce, maybe something with a kick like horseradishy stuff, and put that on top.

I sometimes use heinz 57 sauce, instead of ketchup, as a dipping sauce. It goes well with the flavors involved.
