doesn’t the entire team “trump”et the party line? Fake news is any news with negative aspersions on or about Trump. It follows then that virtually all the news involving Trump is conveniently “fake” according to him. It is a simple explanation suitable for minds of matching depth.

All of the team, even if Fox News has video of Trump doing something.

The something is “Trumped” to fake news.

I don’t think Rush Limbaugh needs to advertise. He is like the number one talk show in America, or maybe slightly behind Sean Hannity

Okay the #1 “Coke nose” is Rush.

Rush. How could I forget about one of the worst people in history…

He’s definitely a huge reason for conservatives being stuck in the past. He spews more hatred than any personality that I can think of. He’s a terrible example of what a human should be, and I look forward to hearing that he’s dead some day. The world will be a better place.

I don’t like Rush. Never have. He’s like abortion that lived.
I have said regularly, I am neither democrat or republican. I am a Trump supporter because of Trump, not because of the GOP, or Fox News, or red or blue states.
I think he is a man who can make a lot of things move forward for our country. I don’t agree with everything he is about, but I have yet to see a human I agree with down to the last detail.

^I doubt the world’s closest twins agree on everything.

I have hated Rush Limbaugh since I was first introduced to him in the 80’s, by my also-born again girlfriends. For some reason they had this idea he was basically a messenger from Gawd. I listened to him once. He was foul mouthed, rude, lewd, crude and just disgusting over all, and very, VERY opinionated. I told my friends I was revolted by him and they looked at me in utter shock, like I’d blasphemed the Lord.

You certainly aren’t describing Rush Limbaugh.

Crude, lewd and foul mouthed?

Dutchess_III's avatar

^^^ You are joking, right?

Yellowdog's avatar

Does he use profanity and discuss human anatomy or disgusting subjects?

I listen to Coast to Coast AM, on a local radio channel at night. In the daytime, the station is a conservative news channel. If I was listening to C2C the night before, and start my car in the daytime, I get a dose of conservative radio. I usually try to give it a bit, before I change the channel in disgust. I have had the misfortune of hearing Rush many times. It should take the average human being a very short time to realize what he is, and what he’s doing. I have to say, just listening to his fat cheeks make this weird wet noise when he is using “dramatic pauses,” is enough to make me want to vomit…

Rush has overwhelmingly the largest audience of ANY talk radio show and has since the 1980s. Seriously, how can what you are saying be consistent with the reality of the size of that audience? I don’t even detect arrogance. The program is upbeat and optimistic

Disgusting sounds and innuendo? Sorry, it’s simply not there. He has one of the best radio / orator voices of all time. Even when I was studying journalism in college. Some listen for information and sources or entertainment even if they do not agree with his conservative politics. There is a lot of current events and information on what’s going on in the da, even if you don’t like his personal spin

And there is nothing crude on the show. Its about eighty percent information and audio clips (which are hard to dispute). At times he goes on tangents. He takes calls which are well screened and is generally cordial to all of them.

If you don’t like conservative politics, that is understandable as a position. But there is nothing crude or disgusting on the show.

Number 1 Coke Nose !

@Yellowdog Yes get behind the NOSE.

MrGrimm888's avatar

@Yellowdog . I respect your opinion.
How could he have such a large audience? That was a great question, before Trump exposed how terrible a third of our country really is…

I listened to his show one time, @Yellowdog. He was talking about abortion. Every time he said the word “abortion” the sound of a toilet flushing would play.
Later on the subject changed, and some caller called in and there was discussion about the teen age daughter coming home from a date horny.
The dude says, “I tell her to go to her room and take care of it, know what I mean? giggle burp.
Limbaugh just thought that was hilarious. I found it horrifying…incestuously voyeuristic. And the toilet flushing thing was disgustingly insensitive.
But I can understand how he’s your hero @Yellowdog .

I couldn’t understand how my Christian friends could love him. He is so vulgar. But…Christians are open to being brain washed and to not think for themselves, so if they’re told they need to love the guy, they love the guy, no questions asked.

I just remembered something from that program (it’s been 30 years.) When the dude said he told his daughter to got upstairs and “take care of it,” Limbaugh played dumb, like he didn’t know what the guy was implying, and pressed the guy for details. I thought it was going to turn into radio porn with an underage minor, her father, and this supposedly Christian man as the stars.
