When I reach a goal on each of my long term projects.
When I have interesting conversations.
When I am in the company of my family ( some).
When I get outdoors for fresh air and go hiking etc.
When I photograph and accomplish a photo restoration for me or others as it makes me happy to see them happy too.

Music, especially live music. Being with loved ones, when it’s ones that don’t give me trauma :p

People doing good/kind deeds when they are not expected to do so. People going the extra mile for others in need, when they, themselves, have great struggles.

Attention & adulation!
No seriously, sharing quality time & laughs with like-minded, genuine, friends/family who leave their ego at the door & who all bounce off each other with nothing but positive vibes…you can’t beat it!

Making them laugh & feel good, has the same affect on myself…win, win!
