What "snack bag/box" is the one that is YOURS ALONE, when the "Big Game" is on?

Asked by JackAdams (6484points) October 3rd, 2008

You know the drill: You’re seated in front of your TV set, waiting for your favorite sporting event (Indy 500, Superbowl, World Series, etc.) and somebody enters the room with some snack that you immediately commandeer, saying, “This is all mine! Mine, you hear? Mine! Mine! Mine!”

With me, it is Double-Stuf Oreo┬« Cookies or some “scooping sized” Fritos┬« Corn Chips.

So which item is it that will stay with you for the entire event, and be emptied by you?

I hate all sports. But, for movies….it’s chips/dip or any kind of cookie!

You’re easy to please, I see.

yep…if it’s put in front of me, chances are, I’ll eat some part of it.

Frankly, the only thing that will commandeer my attention during a football or baseball game on TV is Jenn wearing next to nothing. Mine. Mine. Mine!

I forgot to mention, in my “details” section, that when I am eating the corn chips, I must have some French Onion Dip, and that begs the following sub-question:

Why does it make any difference at all, if an onion is French, instead of American? Aren’t there any American Onions that are dips?

Forget the food.
I think the prize of the day is the remote.

You can’t eat a REMOTE…

Nimis's avatar

No, but people will trade you food for remote control privileges!

I like to share, so I probably wouldn’t hog any one thing. I’d rather sample everything.
