I thought it was good. I’ve also seen the rest of the series and it was fantastic.

How did you see the rest of the series? I thought yesterday was the very first episode.

BBCAmerica, I saw the whole thing too.

How can other people see the series? BTW, I thought it was stupid.

BBC America played the whole series recently. I was pretty confused through the whole thing, but I was so curious as to what was really going on with him I still put it on.

BBC UK showed the first and second series years ago.

The ABC version is not bad. The British (and original) version is far superior, though. I have series one on DVD and enjoy watching everything unfold once again.
I’m curious if the US version will end the same way. American shows tend to run for several series as opposed to UK shows which are usually planned to run a finite amount of shows.

That is a good question. It did work towards a specific end didn’t it.

@Astro, that’s the kiss of death for a lot of American shows. The concept runs out of story lines yet, since the series has a wide viewership, it gets stretched, and changed from its original concept. Look at E.R., LOST and DESPERATE HOUSEWIVES.

the X-files…

Usually the UK shows only run a couple seasons (or series, as they say over there). Of course, the BBC’s Doctor Who has been an exception. That series has been on mostly since 1963, with a long hiatus that ended a couple years ago. What’s interesting is John Simms, who played Sam Tyler in the BBC version of LOM also played the latest incarnation of The Master on Doctor Who.
