How to make pop up books?

I would go to a bookstore and look at some published pop-ups.

tried that, got some ideas but they wanted 20 dollars a pop so i said ill go search the net, and im coming up with nada

Perhaps you can check some out at the library? You might even find some at thrift or yards sales; then you could really dissect them.

The accordion line. Take a long piece of paper, and bend it in ½, then a ½ of a ½, then a ½ of a ½ of a ½, then a ½ of a ½ of a ½ of ½, and so on.

I am actually doing a similar search, and I also have found this site. If I find more, I may add them too. ^_^
