Alternatives to Yola.com?

Well I’ve never used yola but I’m not sure I understand your question. You want to change hosts for you website? You could do this by uploading your files to the new host via FTP or a web interface if the host offers it.

Well, I need a website similar to Yola.com, where I can build a website using templates, without any need for coding, and then download the finished website in a zip file to upload somewhere else. I already have hosting with 1and1; I just need a website to put up there.

Can I recommend a CMS? There are a buch of free ones out there like Joomla. What type of site are you trying to build? (blog, etc) Im guessing you don’t know how to set up a mySQL database.

Assuming that host supports PHP and mySQL (it looks like it does), you’ll need to pick one you like. I said Joomla is probably one of the most popular. Here’s what it looks like set up (its slow because its on a free host) and with a nice template: Joomla . Another popular one is Drupal (I haven’t used this one). For a blog, Wordpress is by far the best and most used. Let me know if this helps, and I’ll try to help you out if you have anymore questions.
