What are good TV/Internet providers in San Francisco?

Ahhh… I hear there’s dish (I think, or digital? I can’t remember) and Comcast and I’ve heard not such great things about both (mostly Comcast). Any suggestions? Also, how much will cable (dvr, decent amount of channels, etc…) and internet run a month, roughly?

I have Comcast and it works great. They have a lot of HD channels, and there are rarely any problems. It is expensive though, Internet and Cable cost me around $100 a month (but I have a pretty extensive channel line-up, you can get cheaper ones).
