What shipping company does apple use?

FedEx. As far as how long, it depends on where you are and what shipping method you chose. As soon as you get your tracking number that question should be answered.
The cool part is, I had a repair I needed, and Apple emailing me a packing slip for overnight shipping to the repair facility via FedEx. It was also returned using overnight shipping. A cost well over $100 that they absorbed.
They’ve also used DHL in the past. I’m not sure if they choose based on price/location or if they switched from DHL to FedEx since the last time I ordered.
(I know they didn’t use FedEx then, because FedEx wouldn’t deliver where I lived, and I wouldn’t have ordered from Apple if they used FedEx. Why FedEx wouldn’t deliver where I lived, and how we found that out, is a lengthy rant not suited for a Fluther post.)
It seems to me that they always use FedEx, except in the case when (naturally) FedEx doesn’t deliver somewhere.
Oh, FedEx claimed to deliver in my area, but in seven tries nothing ever made it from the regional depot to my front door.
