Is the word "Hopeless Romantic" considered one word?

I was wondering if it’s considered to be one word or two because some says it “HopelessRomantic” it is together but I don’t know so yeah.

It’s two words, one phrase.

And they are both common nouns so should not be capitalized; viz; hopeless romantic (no matter what “some says” {sic} ).
