At home, do famous Chefs just eat bologna sandwiches or are their meals still exquisite?

While watching a Chefs cookoff show on television, i wondered if Chefs prepare the same exquiste dinners at home for themselves and family or do they just eat peanut butter and jelly sandwiches like most of us?

My friend trained at the Culinary Institute of America. We always tease him about being a CIA agent. When he is home, he definitely likes to eat simply. Even better, he likes it if someone else does the cooking!
