What's the best way to cook Lobster tail?

I have a huge 2lb lobster tail for tonight, what’s the best way to cook it to make it taste great?

Boil it in rolling water. But you have to be careful to not overcook it or it’ll get rubbery. Mmmm…sounds great, I LOVE lobster!

Just in case anyone else wants to try this – I have never had any luck making them except on the grill. My suggesting is to go to Red Lobster, where they know what they’re doing. Ha-ha.
