General Question

Getting radio program onto itunes podcast...

I need to figure out how to podcast my Nordic music radio program on i tunes. The 2 hour show airs weekly although we don´t yet have podcasting capabilities at our small independent community station and since we are on the West Coast, my potential East Coast listeners would need to stay up VERY LATE to listen! Can someone help me with the groundwork on this weekly project??

How podcast savvy are you? Do you know what an RSS feed is? Do you have a website? How computer literate are you?
