How to sign into

I cant log in with my password and email address. I have deleted cookies and they say my email address doesnt exist when its right at their end but not mine. We’ve rang them up and I tried restarting my computer which is a laptop with windows XP and Firewall turned on and only 1 web page open. please help!

It is my least favorite thing to do in the whole world, but you will have to bite the bullet and call them. Hopefully you will be lucky and get a tech who speaks understandable english. Good luck and with telstra bigpond, you will need it.

I know that our e-mail address and password for the website are different from our actual e-mail address. I don’t know why, but one is our account e-mail and the other is our actual recieving mail e-mail, or something like that. Ring up and see if you can find out what e-mail address you actually registered with bigpond with, and see if that’s it.

@Moxy If all else fails, ditch Telstra and go with They are number three in Australian ISP’s and I’ve been with them about five years now. I personally wouldn’t touch Telstra with a barge pole. I’m very happy with iinet.
