Questions about Canon Powershot SD 1300 IS?

2 Questions: 1) Can it go on a tripod, and 2) What kind of battery does it use or does it have a rechargeable? THANKS

It can go on a tripod and the battery is rechargeable. I like the gorillapod. You can also get a bottle cap mount. Just screw it into the camera and then screw it on the top of a Coke bottle or water bottle and it mounts the camera.
