What are some of the apps for iPod touch when you get dev

Do you mean the example developer Applications with the SDK? If so, Apple has the full list of example applications available to developers on the iPhone Developer Connection site:

As the iPhone and iPod Touch SDK are one and the same, I assume these apps run on both.
