Google video chat help needed. Why can I see myself, but they cannot see me?

I am using g-chat with a friend. We both have the video/voice plugin installed. Voice works fine. I can see myself, but she cannot see me. She saw me for a brief moment, then it cut out. Could this be because of slow internet connection? Or some sort of config issue she or I have going on?

It could be a configuration issue. Or maybe the cameras got out of sync(if that makes sense)

It is a one-sided conversation, only I am using the iSight on my Macbook.

It could be that the camera cut out due to the internet connection or that she accidentally stopped viewing your webcam. Next time you guys are talking and it happens, try restarting the video chat. If that doesn’t work, it may be a configuration problem on one or both of your ends.
