If you decide to abandon a question, should you get the option to ask another question back?

No, because otherwise people would just put questions out without thinking them through.

I take my answer back. Someone would surely make a game of seeing how many times he/she could abandon a question and ask another equally bad one.

@YARNLADY But you would never get any answers that way – and what’s the point of asking questions if you can’t get any answers?
