The right thing happening at the right time, whether its an achievement, validation, gratification or any type of pleasure to any of the senses.
Examples: recognition at work, shoe-shopping, flowers from SO….

in liquid form, a good stiff drink too bad I gave it up. I know its a fake happy.

Physical, waking up another day, getting out of bed and enjoying my life.
