I spend like 5–7 hours a day reading the Q&A’s. I just signed up though.

if you ask a question expect at least 1 rude answer from someone its normal.
Just ignore them, or do what I do and get into a argument with them about it that goes on forever. (I’m stubborn…and Im always right…)

and be prepared to get your question booted if the mods or someone else finds it offensive or not appropriate
@hollister the mods may also just be in a bad mood its happened to me all the time
I discovered & joined about two & a half weeks ago, maybe three. I’m starting to get my addiction under control & not spending every waking hour here. But I’m still on here way too much.

A little over a month. Everytime I sit down or smoke I answer a question or 2 so I built up points kinda quick I guess

its all in the great answer button I think, it gives you +5 everytime someone gives you a great answer….I think… I’ll try it watch your points…

@hollister i think anyone can be a mod all you have to do is hit the flag button and i think that’ll do the trick but i’ve never tried it and i never will i never like ruining other peoples questions

I shouldn’t have started looking at fluther today, not enough time. My son has a track meet this afternoon and I am heading out to watch.
thats why they make the iPhone, I have only been to the website on a computer a few times, I am a pro at texting now, but I have to charge my phone like twice a day because of constant use.

No, I’m given lurve all the time, it just barely makes my score go up. I don’t know why, some people just can’t add to my score. I think you still can, so thanks.
There’s a limit on how much one can give another, and I’ve also been told there is an algorithm involved. I’ve tried to inquire but no response. Maybe it’s a secret, who knows, who cares
@peedub After a certain amount of points from a person they can’t give you more. This was put in place after a few people got busted for having multiple accounts. So if you get a great answer and it doesn’t change your score the person that gave it to you has already given you as many points as they can.
Fair enough. What do you think the amount is? I would think it’s pretty low. I’m only curious because I think I must have “maxed out” at least 4–5 people. My curiosity is bordering on Tracy Flick status, so I should probably just drop it.
I don’t know the number. But I think it is really low too. I pretty much expect my score to stay the same now if I get a GA.
