Does Delta have something that I can plug my computer in to for power?

It would be easier then buying a new battery for a one hundred and some bucks. I hear some airline have that.

Older planes have to be retrofitted to have a power source by every seat. It is pretty standard on newer planes. Without knowing the the type of plane it would be impossible to know. And even with that it might be hard to say for certain. Your best bet is to call and ask.

If it turns out that the specific aircraft does not have a power source for your laptop, you can try SimpleMicro or a similar website. You can usually buy a generic battery for 50% to 75% less than an original battery from the laptop manufacturer.

Don’t forget to change your power plan for optimum power savings. Otherwise, a fully charged 6-cell battery that should last at least 4 hours may only run for an hour. Two fully charged 6-cell batteries should be able to last a non-stop flight coast to coast.

Well I’ll probably be watching DVDs so I’m sure that’s gonna drain the battery nice and quick.
