My Windows email account has been blocked. What can I do to unblock it?

Be sure, that you have not violated any terms and conditions of these .then go to the widows live hotmail help center.try to reset your pass word according to the steps written in the page which has a heading “Forgotten password or other problems signing in”.

I believe I did violate the terms and conditions when I “accidentally” tried to get into my Windows email using my cousin’s computer, by typing in my email address. I think that’s a violation, right? Correct me if I’m wrong.

I went to the help center, and followed the steps, but to no avail. I can’t get them to send me a verification code. :(
