Where can I get Spice and Salvia legally?

I am looking for spice and salvia (legally). I know that Salvia can’t be bought in Virginia, but does anyone know of anywhere in Fairfax that sells spice, and somewhere in DC or Maryland not far from VA to get Salvia?

salvia is not illegal in some states.

This stuff is very dangerous. Smoke weed instead.

Dont smoke spice. Its a synthetic replica of THC that is actually quite dangerous and could lead to overdose and death.
