How long will this fish be edible?

On Thursday 4/5 I bought some sole that had been caught fresh that morning. It has been in the fridge since. When is it no longer “good”? Only being overly cautious because I am 9 months pregnant.

If it has been refrigerated at 40* F or lower, 48 to 72 hours from time it was caught.
Just cook it until it has hits 145* F internal temperature.
