What is this online 2d game?

I recall an online game, it was 2d, but had it so you viewed the map from an angle, it was multiplayer and I think browser based, you had weapons, I mostly recall it being in a winter area but there were also indoor and other sections, I’m not sure what it is.

Basically you just walked around and fought random people as far as I can remember, I know its really popular, its not maplestory, there were vehicles like skidoos and stuff as well.

La Tale maybe? Ghost (re released as Soul Saver) Wonderking maybe? Ragnarok also sounds plausible, it’s the only of those games that is viewed at an angle during combat. At least some of them…there’s a few of those out, by now. What were your weapons when you fought? Was this a fantasy themed game, or did it have firearms or what?
